I’d feel lucky that I was in a job that I loved and was getting very well paid for it ( £3k Pw is over £150k a year not to sniffed at when your not even 30 yrs old).I’d also expect them to get on with job they’re very well paid for.
and if they want mega money the quickest way is to be outstanding and get bought up a division
