Looks Ok to me , even better when all 4 sides are done. I think this is the Eisners plan, to develop the ground/ real estate so that the club is an attractive proposition to sell on. Let’s be honest the real estate is going to worth more than the staff . So if sold on, Eisner makes a handsome profit and the new owners can invest in the team, as all the money / profit has been made in FP.
