Goes back to working out who your best players are and finding a formation that suits them. When we only have one talented player, it is mad to leave him on the bench. But if you give the ball away as enthusiastically as we do, it doesn't really matter who we put out there.

And another thing. Cowley would never sign Ben Thompson. Everything he does is designed to show how much cleverer he is than us fans, so he would only have signed Ben if we'd said we thought he was rubbish.
