The deadly duo upfront
That team and bench should still be capable not only of winning tonight but slowly climbing up the table. Depends which version of the team turns up tonight!
Ahadme starts for Burton.
no matter the circumstances, its great to see one of our youth players on the bench. Very young but its been a while.
2.0 up Raggs and Jacobs
was that tackle on Hume very different to Morrell's
2-1 Now anotherold boy scoring Ahadme!
Had to be him ffs
Walker doing absolutely nothing. Get O'brien on for a go.
From what I can see with one camera, the front two are making decent runs and doing better at avoiding straying off side.
Come on DC are you totally blind? Walker has done absolutely nothing.
the front two look too similar to me, need something different next to one of them. Neither have that quickness of thought or movement when the ball goes loose in the area.
Walker especially only seems to have one speed, no quick sprint or extra effort, no obvious way to get that final crucial touch to score a goal.

Very similar, both useless.
It sounds like O'Brien our last minute Super Striker isn't fit so not got on the pitch 2 matches running.
He did last time, but only for a few mins

Apologies I forgot he got 10 minutes.

Something not quite right there though as our latest strikers can'thit a barn door!

if they could connect with the ball in the box it would be a start.
And Dion Charles scores for Bolton again. WTF does our recruitment team actually do?
A decent performance last night from nearly all of the team and a good atmosphere from the 13,000 who turned up. Only player who struggled to impose himself was Walker who looked a little overwhelmed. Still not sure about formation and tactics but the defence looked really good, Thompson and Curtis were really competitive, Jacobs MoM and whilst Hirst can't score he's starting to put himself about well as a target man - maybe there is a striker in there somewhere?
