Ffs!!!!
no point telling the fans to get the players going when the manager likes dropping you when you have had a good game, and picking you if you have been awful.
Why change a Winning Team?
It does sometimes fell like a school team, giving everyone a go.
Or the Ipad says a player is tired
Danny Cowley is an amateur....that's plain to see.

there truly does not appear  plan or big idea.
Will be very interesting what the players think of it when he has gone.

Let's hope it's soon. We can't trust this twat to rebuild a team in the summer.
bye bye cowley 0-3
This is nothing new though, and we all know our Poundland management team are a symptom of the deeper malaise which is the ownership of our club.

What will change, and when?
Unfortunately, this is what happens when you have an owner who does Not understand English football.
Why change a winning team so much???
or a manager who does not really understand the professional game at first team level?

Absolutely spot on, Eisner simply doesn't understand it at all. He's just turning people against him.
Not sure Eisner is picking the team or choosing who to bring in.
Actually I'm not convinced there is a lot wrong with the players but they are badly set up and not allowed to get used to a set up. All over complicated and too fancy smanshy for lower league players to do.
So the high press, fast attacking football we were promised is....missing.
There is absolutely no plan at all, no tactics, no organisation, just hit and hope.

I suspect these players would be doing better under Kenny, who for all his faults could set a team up to grind out results (most of the time)

Eh? You mean like Man City? Chelsea? Liverpool? When did the Eisners start picking the team?

They are the tactics he picks on Champ Man.
feels like the Fenwick era to me. (add Gregory) a team with no direction or focus.
Very unlucky not to have scored a second. Walker has one cleared off the line and then scores but is given offside. Didn't look it. O'Brien on

He employs the manager. Pretty much a crucial member of staff, So far he's on 0/10 for both appointments.

Lol
I think our previous CEO had a lot to say in all managerial appointments during his time here. Barker being one ffs. However we aren't going up and we aren't going down so the Eisners won't be making a change as much as I would like one
