LEZZZBEEEEEEEEAVIN UUUUUUUU

Even without Derek to add the extra spice, this is now our biggest game of the season!
Yep - need a win

a big ask - but it’s only Plymouth innit ffs

PUP
Might be a spicy affair ! So much at stake for both teams and plenty of warriors on both sides.

Referee may have his work cut tonight and is unlikely to please both sides, an ‘awayer’ instead of a ‘homer’ I hope.

Pompey will certainly have to create more chances tonight than they did at Ipswich on Saturday, I see this as a must-win game (a loss puts Plymouth 10 points clear and we won’t catch them) and we are going to have to create decent opportunities….. and take them !

Too close to call but perhaps a night to remember !
Half time in a boring game between two poor sides who have not shown any attacking quality. Pompey probably look the more likely but when they get any sight of goal there is a distinct lack of quality. Four corners for Pompey so far, of which three were totally wasted. How is it that a professional footballer finds it difficult to kick a stationary ball with some height into the opposition's penalty area.

Maybe because anybody in our team who can cross the ball is dropped from the team for the next games.....

Don't forget the excuse that we had to keep Curtis out of the area....
