Coaches leaving, can't get a director of football to join , an Altrincham player would sooner sign another contract there than join us.
We are struggling to compete with the likes of Forest green or Morecambe for players !  It is an embarrassment for a club like us. We have sunk so low it is pitiful. It is very difficult to work up any enthusiasm for next season.  ??
Early days no real need to panic.

Depending on how you look at it, they're either in their 6th year plan or 2nd year plan. And it's a total shambles.

Absolutely spot on. We're moving on from the worrying and an embarassment stage to a complete joke.
When the old feller said 'brick by brick' we all thought that meant building the club up, not dismantling it.
The Director of Football post has been vacant for three months. Why? Perhaps we were waiting for a visit from the US to pop in and throw a few hand grenades in terms of (their) financial commitment and ambition to win promotion at the sixth attempt.
You just know that when you see we're interested in signing such and such but there's one or more other clubs also in the frame that that is effectively end of story. It's not just a matter of whether there is a fee involved or wages or length of contract (all areas where we seem to be struggling to compete), potential new players want see some kind of constructive ambition before they up sticks and move to the south coast.
Where are we with a new deal for Sean Raggett? I think we all know what's going to happen there, don't we?
All very frustrating.
Raggett selling his house, tells you everything you need to know

You mean the Eisners haven’t phoned you to tell you about Raggett? God they are useless.
Ignore the cluck bait unless it says something like ‘Pompey appoint.. ‘ or ‘Pompey sign….’

Most of these stories are put out by agents, players and gutter journos trying to boost their figures.

Some of these people who have supposedly ‘snubbed’ us probably haven’t even spoken to the club.

As for players, wait until the window opens ffs.

FFS ... the Altrincham bloke signing a new contract does not mean he wants to stay there. Don't be so naive. All it means is they want to get a fee for their prize asset and he is playing along with that.

Much like we will probably do with Harness.

We say that every year and every year the early concern is justified.

10-12 weeks is nothing when you are recruiting a director.
