Pitman has signed for Portchester, apparently on £2k a week !!!
Don't tell us we were outbid by Porchester FC.
We wouldn't pay the 2k. The owners are tight when it comes to the squad. Our wage limit pw for strikers is about 1k to 1.5k

The average monthly income is a little over 2k.
1.5k a week is a very good income. I took home about 7k a month for around 15 years once I stopped playing football.
I don't knock him wanting to keep playing. Lucky Porchester!

That’s not a lot for a hooker
No doubt a trouble maker like him won't fit in (It's possible that I don't actually think that but some experienced managers clearly do!)
And all that aside, definitely going to a couple of Portchester games this season
