That was me -ITK, unfortunately "loose lips sink ships" & all that".
Hopefully we now have a squad to cope with injuries. Excepting of course the places where we are still recruiting such as right wing.
We still need another CB. Morrison and Robertson both injury prone. I’d love us to get Carter back.

Morrison injury prone ???? He has played 676 games, you don't reach that sort number if you are too injury prone.
We've got five centre backs if we keep Mnoga, so not convinced we need another ...but would not say no to Carter however unlikely that is.
Mnoga isn’t good enough for L1. I reckon you need 4 decent CB’s especially if he decides to go 3 at the back at anytime. I know Og can play there but he’s better off at left back especially as Hume is still out.
Carter didn't make the squad for Blackburn today. Hope springs eternal.

I’d rather have Carter back any day but having just signed Morrison I’m sure this Burnley kid is a cheaper option. A left and right winger with pace is what we really need.

Not convinced that someone who has only been out on loan to Barrow is what we need
To be fair Carter had 'only been out on loan to Burton' when we signed him and that worked out OK. DC has a reasonable eye for potential good players so lets not judge till we've seen him (assuming there is anything in the story).
Just a right winger to go now and I think we are about there.
Actually you're right DC does have a pretty good record for making signings. Walker let him down but that seems a lot more to do with his attitude to another lower league move than his ability.
