Having very much enjoyed watching the England Test Cricket team changing captain and manager and IMMEDIATELY going from one of their worst runs to one of their best ever.
Based on the simple premise of not worrying about losing, instead only worrying about winning.
Changing the people at the top can make a difference.
With our current players I really do think we could do an awful lot better with a manager who keeps it simple and positive.
Oh for another Jim Smith!
