Time to find some more cash to tip in!
Is it just me who thinks the club could have chipped in whatever is still needed ? It can't be that much cos it sounds like they are nearly there from fan donations.
I chipped in to the bucket a couple of home games ago, Cheltenham I think it was. Looks like I'm doing it again today then Lol
OMG for a second I thought it said Jimmy Savile
I'm not really into statues. If they ever need cash for another fans buyout then I've got a few grand.
I’d imagine the owners have put money in but won’t publicly do it as it’s a pst project.
Who still carries cash? I do but too many people are happy to pay with plastic nowadays, not helped by establishments only taking card payments, like our club
I do!! Old fogey alert as my daughter even pays for coffees with a card
Older fogey alert...what's wrong with barter?
In my pocket I have half a pack of chewing gum, two buttons and a keyfob from Playa Levante, Benidorm. Is that enough?

I can confirm that looking as the just giving thing, Eric Eisner has indeed put £100 in. About the same as a fair number of us, who aren't sons of gazillionaires. Still, as the ads says, "every little helps".

Rolleyes

I'd hope that we, as the fans, can deliver this without asking the club for any formal support. They clearly need their pennies for the ground. Jo Collins seemed happy with her bucketful yesterday...

Ha. I see it too.

On another forum I saw the "Notable Deaths Thread 2023" and thought it said "Notable Death Threats 2023", which I thought was both unusual and controversial for a Pompey fans site.

Mole-eyed obviously.

People would only moan if they paid for all of it.
I put in enough for a fingernail.
