Trying to renew my ST because I'm a din and it won't let me buy the fecking thing. Tried 4 times! Ofcourse, I could talk to a human being but that will cost me an extra £3 so that's fecking nice. I'm told to contact customer services (which doesn't exist as a link) and there are two options - general enquiries or supporter services. I've gone for supporter services and now I wait. And wait.

Anyone else having difficulties or is it payback for slagging off that useless knut Tunnicliffe for most of the season?

I couldn't find mine at first then realised it was showing as a notification. I expect you've got further than that though. I had no other issues.
