Gibralter side Europa FC are our "Spanish" friendly opponents. Was their seriously no club in the entire Spanish pyramid system that was available? It's a long way to travel to sit on a mudbank. What happened to the good old days when the navy used to feck up the squad pre-season!?

Their fans are probaby saying the same about us ... they play in European competitions every season, and have twice recently been in the Champions League. They're probably as good as any third tier Spanish team would be, and it's only a pre-season warm-up friendly.
Can't imagine many big names are lining up to play an exhibition match against a team of third tier also-rans
They'll probably thrash us.
