Suspected broken ankle
This is the worst season I can recall for long injuries
If we make it to the Championship, we won’t have to buy any new players, we’ll just pick them up from hospital.
Crazy. Three season ending injuries by early February.
Hopefully fake news but very worrying.
News reporting it now ?
according to former chief footballer writer at The Sun and Mirror, Paul Smith,

Lets hope for the best, and plan for the worst.
Ragget for player of the season, one thing for him, he's robust

News reporting it as second hand and they'll be speaking to Mousinho tomorrow to get it clarified.
it does beg the question, how were so many people convinced that there was no contact in the red card challenge?
He clearly got the ball and as I mentioned before, it could well have been a foul the other way as the Northampton player went over the top. Macintyre’s foot was at pitch level imo
anyway, probably does not matter now, even if its not broken he will be out for a while
Absolutely gutted if true
Not great news but let's wait until its confirmed. Mcintyre isn't near Pooles level.

Let's not forget the free agent market too, we can get a free agent or two in if neccesary and there are plenty of quality defenders with experience not playing currently.
Think you’re exaggerating Poole’s worth. He’s a good defender but is prone to the odd error as is Shockers or any other defender for that matter. Unless you’ve seen all of Reading’s matches, not sure how you can state that Poole is on a different level to Macintyre, who after all, we only saw for about an hour and he was doing pretty well up to his injury.
Poole’s last action was a huge error.
