Interesting to read his thoughts on the game. He spends time telling us how creative Harness was playing a central role in the first half but then says he moved him out wide for the 2nd half and Harness became a lost soul out there. So if that's what he thought... why move your best player on the night into a different role and remove our only creative threat?

That performance and the way the team was set up second half really does it for me as far as Jackett is concerned. Those last 45 minutes were just inexcusable- its not as if we were defending a lead, he plainly set up to play for a 0-0 draw and that was surely set to be undone. You can't sit back and give away that amount of the ball and succeed.
Why can't he just believe that we are capable of scoring and being a good attacking side as we have been proving the last few weeks. We are never going to get anywhere with such a negative manager.
Neil Critchley was only appointed Blackpool Manager earlier this year. His coaching and tactical skills made Jacksh!t look like an amateur.

He has managed to put together a team that plays football as it should be on the deck All his players look comfortable on the ball, they play out from the back if they can, no continuous hoofing forward by the goalkeeper and defenders to strikers who can't hold the ball up.

I see he is one of only 16 coaches in the world to possess the UEFA Elite coaching badge - it showed in his players performance. Might well be worth putting a few quid on them being promoted this year.
Have to agree with both the replies.
On this occasion I think KJ was badly let down by a bunch of big-time charlies fazed by a long trio north in the middle of the week.
