A Grade 2 hamstring tear shown up on scan according to Moose - normal recovery time is c6 weeks. However Moise said that he is  going to see a specialist next week as it is in a bad place so could well need  much longer rehabilitation.

If that is the case he won't  play again this season - when is his contract up?
He's a fucking walking greenhouse.
He's got to be moved on. This is ridiculous.
He's a decent player (Champ standard? who knows), a popular one and I'm sure we all feel sorry for him but that can't override the fact that the club is carrying him. For me, I'm afraid he won't have earned a new contract. Harsh maybe, but wish him well and wave goodbye when his contract ends.
I guess that's a decision they can make in a year or so time rather than right now.
He could quite easily play the last month of the season.
The average recovery time for a grade 2c tear is about a month.

I'd be shocked if he wasn't back by the end of March at the latest. I would hope he'd be available mid March.
It depends where the grade 2 tear is.

If it’s in his arm we’ve got real problems and I wouldn’t expect to see him back before next Christmas.
now we can afford a bigger squad, he is definitely worth a slot. Sadly for him and the club his latest injury has coincided with the worst injury run that most of us can recall.
We would have expected to have Stevenson ready to step up, or Robertson, or the Chelsea guy, or Swanson even, or Morrell, or Shocker (with Raggett covering for him) actually that is really really bad!

You won't see him in a PFC shirt in a competitive match again this season. So unfortunately you're going to be "shocked"  Idea Idea

You "suspect he will be back in April" - so you don't know definitely.

Ask yourself why Moose wont commit himself to a time frame as he s waiting for a specialist diagnosis later next week as "there  concern about the location (area) of the tear".........
Have I missed an update?
Good point, I haven’t heard anything.

I suppose, in my head, I’ve written him off for the season.

Quite happy with what I’ve seen of Moxon though.
Last update I saw reckoned he would be out till the end of March.
Only a month away then.
we have quite a group scheduled to be match fit ready for the run in, even if just enough to be on the bench. Swanson is the one I want back, handy coverage across the back and deep mid and a quality player
