Is this the most 'untypical pompey' season we've ever had. So many times ive heard 'it will be typical pompey to lose this' or 'it will be typical pompey to blow it there'.

But seemingly every single time the team have responded and not been 'typical pompey'.

We won on sky. We've not lost against the better sides in the division. We followed up a huge unbeaten run with another post xmas which has resulted in  16 game stretch to win the title. We didnt even blow it last night much like we did against Sheffield Wednesday back in 2003 (a long time i know but the last time we had a similar situation).

This side is made of different stuff and have been a joy to watch, to listen too and to cheer on every single week!
Typical Pompey = Winners!..... That's all you need to think!.

We have won more Trophies then Scum, Brighton and Bournemouth combined.

We hold the attendance record out of all of them. '

Portsmouth 51,385 Fratton Park Derby County FA Cup sixth round 26 February 1949

Brighton & Hove Albion 36,747 Goldstone Ground Fulham Second Division 27 December 1958

Southampton 32,363 St Mary's Stadium Coventry City Championship 28 April 2012

AFC Bournemouth 28,799 Dean Court Manchester United FA Cup sixth round 2 March 1957

The only one to have won all 4 divisions.

We are the greatest club on the south coast!.
And the Record football attendance at Wembley

Football: 89,874 (Cardiff City vs. Portsmouth, 17 May 2008)
EFL Trophy final Attendance record
Wembley Stadium (new)  85,021   2019 Portsmouth vs Sunderland
We are the 'Top Dogs'!.
You are clearly certifiably insane Ess Mix but occasionally even you make some good points

The only typically Pompey thing about this season has been the injuries but even they didn't turn the performances into typically Pompey.

That record of 22 points against the rest of the top 6 is absolutely staggering. In  the top 6, nobody took more than 2 points off of us this season. In the entire division only Blackpool, Bristol Rovers and Cheltenham (How?) took more points off of us than we took off them (our remaining opponents Wigan and Lincoln can't achieve that) and those sides are absolutely nowhere near us. We've never really won those 'six pointers' against rival sides in the division so comfortably. Even in 02/03 I think we lost to Leicester twice (?). The ability to travel to top clubs in the division and avoid defeat helped big time in carrying us over the line.
Most tickets sold for a Wembley final - the 50,000 we sold for the 2020 EFL Trophy final
