VAR should be to check the ball has crossed the line in the case of a goal.
And that's it.
I'd rather have the element of human error by the ref/assistant ref than these crappy delays all the time, it is killing the game and makes it unwatchable. It is impossible to celebrate a goal when there has to be a 3 minute break to check offsides/fouls etc.
I don't care what rules they introduce to retrospectively punish players regarding fouls etc based on video evidence.
