All infrastructure spending is from money put in by Tornante.  We've been told that, why do you know better ?
News report of the 2109 accounts talks about 7m of the 10m lodged being paid back to Tornante to get better interest rates

How much is the land FP stands on worth?
From the Tony Goodall Fans Conference Minutes (14/4/21):

Is the club up for sale?

Eric Eisner: "Of all the things I've seen on Twitter, that's the most made up of all! Zero plans, never been talked about".
The Eisner's are coining it in from gate receipts, club shop revenue and TV money.

Piece off piss, this owning a club lark. All they have to do is fork out a bit of ground maintenance and players/staff wages.

The rich getting richer, eh?
Perhaps that's what they thought at first...

If large parts of it are polluted with industrial waste, not a lot.
Usually the only people who will redevelop that are govt or councils.
Although the pitch should be ok having been used to grow potatoes.
I guess all the terrace banks were simply bulldozed cinders, clinker and the like.
From the 2020 accounts.
Ownership
The club drew down £2.0m from the owner’s investment fund during the year and £4.0m was remaining in the
fund at the end of the financial year.
