We get worse. The team we had that won League Two for all it’s flaws contained better players than we have now, much better players. It’s not rocket science the Championship offers £20,000 a week average while League One offers £5000 a week average. Every year so far we haven’t gone up (this year other than Curtis excluded as he will go now we effed it up again) we have lost a key player from our League Two winning squad and all of them barring Enda Stevens left because we couldn’t offer them Championship/£20000 a week football simply because we didn’t get promoted to the Championship in that season(where promotion to the Championship was a possibility). So it makes sense next year we will be even worse than this year, with even worse footballers attempting to make a silk purse out of a sows ear. Let’s hope the rumours that a real billionaire buys out the pennywise pound foolish Eisners or we will forever languish in this pile of shit also known as League One
The billionaire rumours seem to have gone quiet.

And yes I know Curtis wasn’t in our League Two winning side but he will be gone this summer the jumped up faux Irish coont (born in London to an English dad). I can never forget Jamal Lowe’s sulking the year he fucked off but never mind. More shite coming up next season

Why wouldn’t they. It’s hard to make a buck outside of the Premier League without fans in the ground. Bournemouth proved that correct pre COVID. Get in the Prem and even if you have a crowd average of two blokes and an Alsatian you will make money if you get your wage structure right (you can get top players for less than what it would take to bankrupt the club in the Premier League if you’re clever plus if it goes tits up and you go down you still get the ‘parachute payments’ as a reward for being rubbish and going down. Just like real life you get rewarded for failure (sarcasm)
I do think Curtis is one of the very few players to come out of this miserable season with any credit. He cared and he tried. Not many others did either. But it’s time for him to go along with the rest of them.

This is the anthem of our season and many more before it...

Curtis has tried his best but deserves a chance to prove himself in the champ now. Of course he could find himself warming the bench if he is not careful.
Roll on a proper season with fans. This one has filled a gap but that's about it.
An anthem for our season? This one...

Curtis can hold his head up high.
I think we should keep Curtis and bring his mum in as a first team coach, she would give them shit if they did not play with any passion?

If a team in the Championship offers to double or triple his wages it doesn’t matter what we could, would or should do he will be off #reality
Why would Curtis want to continue to play with a lot of over rated bog average league 1 players with no drive, commitment or passion?
