Is any club beyond Ipswich spending much?
Just wondering with all the comments about our lack of spend.
Oxford seem to be acquiring players but not sure they are spending on transfer fees but still don't own their own ground so have some problems to solve at some time in the near future. 
Sheff Weds are still embargoed
and so forth

Charlton, MK and Wigan seem to have been acquiring players but I fear the ‘spending spree’ of other clubs might be a smokescreen.I don’t understand how we were in a position to pay around 450k for Stockley, didn’t spend it, and now are talking about 15k for Vincent being our biggest spend of the summer.

Wigan are absolutely sloshing it about on wages: Ben Amos, Jack Whatmough, Tom Naylor, Jordan Cousins, Max Power, Gwion Edwards, Stephen Humphrys and Charlie Wyke.

Richardson says they are still six or seven players short on top of that!

it would be interesting to see their % of turnover on wages. I seem to recall that was the scariest thing when pompey last went down the tube.
