eticketing has collapsed and ticket office not taking phone calls.

I guess they don't need the money
Managed to get my tickets for the first three game this morning,had to try a few times for it to go through though
I can only presume that whoever is in charge of ticketing doesn't report directly to Eisner. In my experience American business people do not like anything that prevents them from making money.
Online still fucked and people queuing round the block to argue at the ticket office.

At least Pompey aren't on the same scale of something like Disney world, oh wait a min

I would presume the head of ticketing reports to our new CEO. He can't be impressed with the shambles it has been so far.
Update: word is that the system is silently failing to process Visa debit transactions. If you get to the checkout, pass verifications and the thing counts down from 5 mins without completing and says "products released" it may be this so try another type of card
