We've got 3 left backs, Ogilvie, Hume & the nipper who has gone out on loan who looked very useful pre-season. Marlon Pack & Louis Thompson are holding midfielders. ( Mingi can play that role as well if needed, but with his pace is better off as an attacking midfielder)
We need two pacy wingers who can cross & shoot, a backup to Bishop & a right sided centre back.

Now linked with 22 year old Man Utd centre back Di’Shon Bernard who had a successful loan spell at Championship Hull last season and Salford the season before that.

You telling me that was a captain’s performance on Saturday??? He was shit.
A captain has to lead by example and at least have a command of the players around him. Pack does neither. He has the ability, when it suits him, but he’s not a captain.

Looks like the Bernard deal is close to being completed ( loan), however , more interesting is that we’re having discussions with Exeter about Jevani Brown and they ( + Lincoln & Cambridge) also appear to be interested in Recco.
