RE: FA cup shocks - Cunninglinguist - 16-11-2023 At least Mikey has seen Brad perform. RE: FA cup shocks - mikey393 - 17-11-2023 Ha, Ha, typo! Brett was Europe's top goal scorer last season i believe. RE: FA cup shocks - Cunninglinguist - 17-11-2023 Really? What’s your source for that, Mikey? RE: FA cup shocks - dsmg - 17-11-2023 He did score a hatful for Porchester iirc RE: FA cup shocks - DeepBlue - 17-11-2023 (17-11-2023, 09:49 PM)dsmg Wrote: He did score a hatful for Porchester iirc 45 I believe. Finally found a level low enough that he could succeed in again. But no idea if anyone scored more than that in eighth tier football anywhere else in Europe and I very much doubt if Mikey does either. RE: FA cup shocks - 66zoolane - 17-11-2023 Well if you're not fact checking it, then it's we'll done to Brett on being top goalscorer in Europe last season. Totally deserved. RE: FA cup shocks - Tufnell_Chimes - 17-11-2023 I love it when players just want to keep playing, at any level, just to keep playing. And my Auntie lives on Castle Street. RE: FA cup shocks - Hammie - 18-11-2023 Claridge played on for years too. Perhaps they should get together and put out a pub team like that one in the Carlsberg advert. RE: FA cup shocks - teeftwo - 18-11-2023 I remember Claridge as a manager putting in a shift when we played Salisbury a few years ago in a pre season friendly at the Ray Mac. They were short on numbers. Still looked good at that level. |
