Happy to see same again. If they can play with the same energy as Tuesday we will get a result. If I was a betting man, I'd have money on Marquis to get at least one today too.
One thing we should do is make sure that someone follow in any shots in case McG flaps it back into play.

We should be two clear but The Curse of Marquis strikes again…and again.
Some on here keep telling me that stats show Marquis is the best striker in L1 (same poster with stats which showed Jackett was our best ever manager), if Marquis is the best striker in the division just how crap must the rest be ?

Good first half by Pompey, lots of movement and triangles but Charlton always dangerous on the break, a really decent half to watch
I just hope that Marquis’s misses don’t come back to haunt us.

Marquis is an awful footballer whose first touch is disgrace for a so-called professional but.....he is in the side for his work-rate and mobility and what he brings to Cowley's pressing style.
I would be surprised if we win at the Valley today based on our historical record there and shocked if we get through the game with this formation without conceding.

Morrell just gets better and better.
Leko is the only Charlton player (well Birmingham player on loan) that I would rate.
Otherwise keep up the tempo, feed the ball to Morrell and give Johnny M. a couple more chances to score and get his confidence back!
