Don't think this has really been thought through enough and two games in it could all go back to no fans. On the 28th Ipswich (3rd) are at home to Charlton, low risk so home fans get to back the side. On the 2nd of December Hull (1st) are at home Donny, Hull is currently second worst in the country, so no home fans. We go to Blackpool on the same day, probably no home fans. Peterborough go to Wimbledon to play in front of Wimbledon fans.
How long will it before there are complaints that teams in low-risk areas are enjoying an unfair advantage in having home support and not facing opposition support in high risk areas.

I'm inclined to think they should have waited a month or two until the vaccine was there so every club could have fans on an equitable footing. It can't be fair for the clubs in tier 2 areas to have an advantage over those in tier 3.

As long as it is approved they've said they will start giving it to care homes etc in December.
