Didn't Redknapp sign us a Thompson around 2007 time? Bit part player if I recall

Edit: here's the coont https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Thompson_(footballer,_born_1977)

According to Pompeyrama we've had eight Thompsons, and nine if you count Andy Thomson.

That's Ben, Nathan, Louis & David as already discussed, plus ...

Dan Thompson (youngster who played in that Plymouth league cup that all the kids played in plus one league game at Crawley)
Josh Thompson (young centre back we signed from Celtic in the 2012 season but only played twice)
Bill Thompson (played 40 games between 1948 and 1953)
Ernest Thompson (played in the 1920/21 season)

I still think we’ve had a lot more coonts than Thompsons though.

Have we had many Marquis's? Any bad ones? Can't think of one.

Edit: Marquis de Sade. Doesn't appear to have played for Pompey, but enjoyed causing pain. Probably related.

Have we had any good Marquises?
