The club are paying for free coaches to anyone who goes to the re-arranged game.

Great Gesture by the club bearing in mind it wasn't their fault & bound to bed on a week night 7.45 p.m. K.O.

The club giving something back to the fans.

Ironically, I had to travel south, from the Wirral, this morning. Nice, bright and sunny, level with Crewe.

Arrived in Pompey and it was pissing down with rain. I was concerned in case my ferry was cancelled.

The game was cancelled on iFollow too. Very disappointing.

It is a great gesture from Pompey and if 1500 go again they'll need to find all those old double-deckers that were used to transport us to Scum a few years back.

RE: Crewe - Cunninglinguist - 20-02-2022

Yeah but they're crap owners aren't they????? Just here to make a quick profit. We STILL haven't got a brand new forty thousand seater stadium and we ain't top of the PL!!!! European trophies.......you can kiss that idea goodbye. Absolutely no ambition!!!

If the Trust were still in place, they would have paid my ferry fare and sent Bluebollox off to a proper school.

RE: Crewe - briefcase_wanchor - 20-02-2022

I'd estimate a third don't travel from Portsea Island so, unless they plan some intricate pick-up route, they won't need to take everyone. It's a no-brainer for the club to offer this on a PR level. This is when the club wish they were Burton and could put everyone in an old Peugeot 505.

RE: Crewe - mikey393 - 20-02-2022

Looks like there could be an armada of around 30 coaches going.

That's top support for you!

RE: Crewe - TBP - 20-02-2022

Will the Isle of Wight ferry be running when they get back?

RE: Crewe - mikey393 - 20-02-2022

Who cares if we win!

Let supporters kip on one of the coaches in the ferry car park.

Come come.....sarcasm doesn´t become you. Heart
