No problems with the Ref giving Harness the red, but how Accy's Harry Pell didn't join him I don't know. Not withstanding the Red, I thought the Referee had a shocker. Nevertheless it was a marvelous effort by the 10 men and even DC came out to thank the crowd after the final whistle. P.U.P.

I know it's wrong to wish a pompey player be sent off but if I was forced to have to choose to have one taken off I'd go for Harness anytime. We actually looked like a decent team no longer hamstrung by a player who trips over he attempts to dribble, loses the ball regularly and cannot pass. Three games out for Cowley's shower partner is a bloody bonus in my book.
The rest of them played their heart out. Fair play to Hirst who really shows the difference between a confident player and one that is running on empty (poor old walker). The injuries and suspensions are forcing Cowley to stop tinkering with the team and its paying dividends. Such a shame we're coming back from such a low position.
Ref was as usual utterly poo.

Unfair I feel Lawrence. He chased things down well, linked up pretty well and had a big hand in the opener. Needs anger management though.

Absolute idiot let his teammates down big time. If Jacobs was fit he probably wouldn’t be in the team. As I have said many a time he is far to inconsistent. Once again he lost the ball in midfield which resulted in Accrington breaking away to have a shot on goal same thing happened last week against Fleetwood but they scored from it. His dead ball delivery is awful, Tunnicliffe showed him how to take a corner with 2 assists.
I would love to know his passing stats I would wager a bet they are below 50%. The truth was when he went off he was certainly not missed.
