Please,for a whole season.

RE: Consistency - Pedalo_menders - 12-04-2022

Even a whole 90 mins would be nice. Most games it's 45 mins tops.

Cowleu's most important transfer window coming up and there is just so so much work to do ont the squad. Doesn't really breed consistency when you have to sign at least 12 players.

Will be important to try and keep as many as we feel we can, for that reason if nothing else. If we are honest we are unlikely to get significantly better individual players but need to make more of what we have.

Chalk and cheese performance in consecutive games, from famine to feast in fact.

With consistently turning in Rotherham type of performances we would be at least in the playoff positions or possibly in the Autos but those type of performances have been few and far between this season  and recent seasons.

Why this massive inconsistency ? Why do we only perform occasionally ?

My only caveat regarding last night is that Rotherham were every bit as hapless as I labelled them, never at the races, never looked like a promotion side…..but you play the team in front of you and that’s what Pompey did very well indeed.

Not really that difficult to figure. Hirst was motivated by putting one over on his previous employers. You might suspect Robertson ditto. And the rest found it in their mettle to show to the promotion upstarts that they were their equals. So, what can you conclude from this? That these, with one or two exceptions are a bunch of chancers and cheats who don't care a fig for the club but for themselves and their personal agenda.
And this reflects on the naive and inexperienced pair determined by our club to oversee their attitude.
All in all, poor play to all and time to get a genuine man MANAGER on board.

If playing against an old team was that much motivation then Rotherham should have done better cos they had two doing that.
