For those of you still wondering, he was at home attending his wife giving birth.
The way Bolton played in his place last night, he may not be a certainty to go straight back into the starting eleven.

Bolton would be rightly aggrieved if he were dropped. Nichaelson looks ok but on limited evidence nothing special and tends to dive in once or twice a game.
