Would have been if Docker had been elected and his manifesto pledge of a top class Racecourse on Southsea Common had come to fruition.
Just think the 2008 cup winners could have done a lap on horseback.
Joking apart it is a sad day for racing, as his daughter said during the week, he's legendary but he's not immortal. RIP.
