So they probably all parrot the same ‘finger in the air’ guess at his value, probably from the same ‘source’.
Value is purely a reflection of supply and demand. If Blackburn want to get rid of him and a number of clubs are interested, the price will be negotiated up.
Then there’s the small matter that some of the clubs will be from a higher level and be offering higher wages.
I’d be amazed if we got him but would also be delighted of course.

If we were serious we would offer them 500k and a decent sell on percentage. If they say no, move on.
But ffs do it early in the window so there's time to find someone that isn't either a Spurs or Arsenal loaner stiff that we refuse to play and send back in January
