free tickets. - Hammie - 22-07-2022

Its great that Pack has returned here to play.
But, can a player not afford tickets for his own family these days?
I'd rather see ten free tickets for fans who are struggling to go at all

Part of the deal he insisted on apparently Hammie

Only an issue if we're sold out every game (which we won't be!)

It’s pretty standard for players to get tickets, it’s always happened.

He didn't insist on "free" tickets, he insisted that he is partially compensated in tickets.

I thought that was class to be honest. Those seats will be filled every week with Pompey fans - his family and friends (which are also likely to be your family and friends).

Why not, he’s probably taken a considerable drop in wages. If someone can’t afford to go there are over 1 million jobs available in the UK

#Pompey boss Danny Cowley on the signing of Pack...

"There aren’t many contracts I’ve done where a player has asked for tickets as part of the deal"

I shouldnt have used the word insist for that I apologise
