A good game last night made even better by the aggro between Conti and Touchel which ended with them both being red carded.

I’ve got little to no time for the league, I virtually stopped watching Pompey when they went up. It stands for all the wrong reasons in football. Give me Championship and leagues 1 & 2 all day long

In those 30 yrs only two clubs outside the top 5 have won the title. There is talk that the vast majority of fans are getting fed up with rhe predictability of it all. It has been reporte that the Premier League & EFL are looking at further redistribution of the wealth created, those top5/6 clubs are totally against it & want more of the "pie" -we shall see........

I think many of us recall the Premier League days - excited at the prospect of facing the 'giants'. but , and especially after the first season, less than enthralled at thought of facing the lesser opposition.

Once my St doubled in price and I missed a lot of games thanks to TV games clashing with other commitments, I gave it up. No longer felt like a pompey team either.
