Needs Addressing ? - firqdays - 14-11-2022
As above, and ever - the Physios.. ? - wrong training/fitness policy/motivation ; Roko pitches ? ....... WHAT ....... now becoming a recurring, and VERY worrying theme., and there might be a fundamental error somewhere - it is recurring, and going on, and costing us ( too may) points methinks.
We have no idea of the job description/qualifications/ etc. that empowered our present set up. However, Mr Eisner, of commendable proven business acumen, might like to lift up a few HR files and explore -
the creditability of the staff WHO have .,.,.. ( arguably) one of, if not THE most important, job after the manager at our club - before too long . PUP
