...................we need promotion out of this league PDQ. What will a "young, fresh, new ideas manager" do, well apart from doing what the Cowleys have done and get us nowhere. Get an experienced bloke in who has been there, done that, and got the t-shirt to prove it. If Wilder will come I say give him a 18 month rolling contract,that's a season and a half, for someone with his record that should be enough.

Have we ever been successful under a fresh young thing?
My memory is of success under craggy older types compared with a couple of years at a time of tedious football under first time wannabees, usually fringe international players who have never managed but impressed Gregory when he played for QPR!
