Don't care about personnel or formations. I just want to see players doing their jobs and showing total conviction.

curtis and reeko would put themselves about meaning we properly defend from the front.
It will be interesting for which defence he uses (4 or 5) and then the rest of the formation.
Usually with a new manager, someone who has long been left out comes in from the cold. Possibly Freeman back at right back especially if we go flat 4.
