Comes across so well in this, you can tell this is a manager who thinks deeply about the game and is fully committed.
I'm looking forward to seeing him develop and although it's an outside chance this season that we'll get into the playoffs I think that, come August, a team completely of his making could well be a force to be reckoned with and we should certainly be entertained.

It is so refreshing listening to him talk, no cliches or bullshit.

No doubt some will still criticise him as being a cheap option. To me, with Hughes to help him find signings, he seems a real breath of fresh air as opposed to the normal roundabout of same old faces.
