Four more - Gerry Hatrick - 05-07-2023
Rich Hughes saying today that he still expects another four to come in including a keeper, attacking midfielder, winger and central defender.
I take it the defender will be Bernard who is still with the Jamaica squad in the Concacaf Gold Cup tournament.
I would like to see us hold fire for a couple of weeks and see what loans we might get from Championship or even Premiership sides as players return from their breaks and clubs assess who they need to offload.

I thought it was 4 permanent signings.
Then we can have a look at the loan market.

I thought we need 4 more as well but didn't think the club would spend the money on 4. Guess the youth aren't good enough to be in the squad and will get loaned out again, but that's ok. It will give them a chance at more regular playing time.

I think we either need to play Vincent or Mnonga or else cut them loose .

I'm happy for them to be loaned out for the next season or two, but at 20 and 21 they need to be playing regularly in league two otherwise they'll never be good enough and there's no point holding onto them.
