Once again we ask the question.
I'd like Michael Appleton if he'd come back.

Short Term: Jamo & Herman. Just because it would be fun and we have nothing to lose.

Then, in the summer, my top realistic targets would be:
1: Lee Bowyer
2: Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink

Would agree with JFH - he's got Burton playing some good football.  Bowyer seems to come in for real stick from Charlton supporters - inconsistent tactics, poor team selections, no Plan B.  I'm sure we've heard that somewhere before.

My totally off the wall choice - Rick Schantz.

I'd be happy with Appleton, but if they go up he may not want to leave. 

Otherwise my (realistic) choices in order would be 
Ryan Lowe
Neil Critchley
Russell Martin .
