1130 days - dsmg - 10-03-2021
That's how long he's had at the helm. Nearly 4 years to sort out a team to get us out of this league. He's had financial backing and must have the team he wants by now, yet still has no clue as whether to play White or Byers, Marquis or Harrison, Jack or Nico, Bass or MacG, Curtis or Williams, 442 or his beloved 4411, the list is endless. He is SO lucky there's been nobody in the ground lately as the roof would have been raised. It's obvious the supporters are up to their back teeth with this dross. His man management is non-existent, freezing players out with no explanation, chopping and changing players and positions. His failure to strengthen in key positions has been exposed. He seems to uncoach people - look at Marquis, he's gone backwards. As I've said before, he seems a decent man, well do the decent thing and resign. We could still make the play-offs. 1130 days, others are given 30 or so. Please go

Absolutely spot on how does he not know his best team in 4 years , the problem also lies with not having a competent assistant, joe Gallen also lacks personality and ability,
And in last month we have also recruited more of his chums as nackroom staff
In Gibbs and giften Williams as a forward coach ( doing a great job ) ☺️
It really is so painful watching this calamity unfold
Please Catlin put us out of our misery

It's very confusing, last night we played against a team, we put out 11 players.
When was the last time we put out the same 11 two games running?
Most of the midfield went missing, blame Raggett but what clown played that stupid ball across the back to put him under pressure?
Having a blind ref didn't help but the facts were there for all to see, no organisation, too much hoof and little skill or commitment.

He does have the team he wants because didn't he say not so long ago that this is the best squad he has ever put together? Maybe he just doesn't know what he's doing.

the trouble is that it does not look a particularly bad squad at this level but for some reason they have fallen apart as a team in a remarkably short time.
If anything we seem to be lacking in leadership in the spine of the team and I include Naylor in that since he allowed Kenny to drop him for the play offs and just took it.
