Morrell - Hermann's_no_hermit - 15-12-2023

Has anyone else noticed how Morrell is smiling a lot more now and enjoying our wins? He is clearly a very intense player and sometimes to me hasn't seemed to be part of the group. The whole squad seems to be together this season. Mousinho and his staff have to take a lot of credit for this. Morell is playing the best football of his career (apart from the stupid challenges) and that may well be because of the togetherness of this squad.
I was worried that the intensity of the game on Monday might get to him especially since he took a couple of hefty challenges on him but he kept his cool and showed why he has so many caps for Wales.
Pack isn't getting any younger but I for one would love to see Morrell here for years to come and he showed during Pack's injury that he could make a good captain.

He is a class act, and I think his frustration has at times come out. Probably due to not having the same quality of players around him in seasons passed. This season you can't say that, we have so much quality and depth within the squad.

And he knows this!.

Be gutted if he left at the end of the season.

I think he is one of the players we have an option on.
