I might have said a championship club tried to sign him when we did (fact) but pretty sure I have never said he is a top end championship striker so lets see the evidence.

I do not understand this negativity towards Scully he has been injured for most of the season so how anyone can judge him beggars believe. Bishop’s scoring record should do all the talking he needs to do. What I do feel we need is another striker who can add goals as this is where we are weak compared to the other teams around us. This will upset some but in my opinion Yengi is not the answer I feel league 2 will be his level but what do I know I said Adam Webster wouldn’t make it higher than league 2

Sammie Szmodics scored 21 goals for Posh in two seasons, 2020/22 now top scorer in the Championship 3 more than Armstrong.
Wow! He used to play against us in League 2 with Colchester am I right? Didn’t know he was that good

Not sure he would survive in the championship where he would be likely to go on a non scoring run and attract criticism, especially online.
