Yep, Forest Green getting as high as league one off the back of Hughes work especially was absolutely insane for a club of that size.

Indeed. I certainly won't underestimate his ability.
He will have developed higher level contacts and still maintain his ability to find from lower league.
I wonder how 'locked' into his contract we have got him.
Everything looks so good at this time for Portsmouth Fc.
