Roberto Gagliardi - Pangus - 19-04-2021

Interesting to learn that this guy is apparently our current Head of International Recruitment, according to Neil Allen in The News, who since his arrival in March 2018 has been 'scouring Europe for top talent' and is credited with uncovering Curtis, Nicolaisen and Durin during his three year emploiyment. Allen reports that his name has come up as a potential candidate for the Technical Director role that is presumably being created.

I seem to recall Durin being a young Croatian goalkeeper who was loaned out to Bognor during his two years with Pompey.

Would make some sense as Brexit makes signing anyone from Europe a lot more complicated so his current role would become a lot harder to justify in the current financial situation.

Curtis yes although hardly needed someone scouring Europe for him. The Dane and some non-descripti keeper hardly merits his salary. Now he’s been promoted. This club is going to the dogs.
