Oxford without a game tonight and Blackpool with a tricky fixture at Sunderland, a win for Pompey will see us potentially leapfrog Blackpool and Oxford.
Pompey’s recent form doesn’t encourage but there will never be a better game to get our promotion run-in back on the rails.

sadly Marquis has now touched the ball... missed a goal any of us could have scored. Yes, Stockley... never understood why we ditched him. he was always going to be decent and a right handful up front.

Out of all those strikers we had in and out he was the only one who looked any good, especially long term.

What were we doing effectively playing without a left back, playing Harness as a left wing back where he inevitably effectively gave away the vital first goal. The ploy of letting Curtis have a free role all over the pitch, where he was completely lost, when we know he is more effective down the left was another misjudgement.
Accrington are much the better side and had two quick and strong strikers, the sort that we have desperately missed all season.
Have to admit that Cowley's tactical nous has let him down tonight big time.

Should have played Brown if he was fit. Harness is the biggest fucking homosexual I've seen at Pompey, and Marquis is so bad it almost has to be deliberate.
