I'm not at all convinced that our owners know wtf they're doing when it comes to owning our club.

A Director of Football needs to be preceded by employing someone with very high level experience of the journey Eisner has embarked on. Where to find such a person though !

Easy pick, get Simon Jordan or Sir Alan Sugar on board as a Non Executive Director, not particularly likeable people perhaps but, they have more insider knowledge of the ups and downs of football, the pitfalls set for the unwary and, above all, the chancers, the agents, the bull sh*tiers who infect the game......they are also grounded in football reality.

Both have the experience of seeing their own personal wealth diminished by their involvements with Palace and Spurs respectively (£50 Million in Jordan’s case) and have learned the very expensive lessons that The Eisners urgently need to learn themselves.

Of course, it is most unlikely to happen. I doubt The Eisners would want to pay them the c. £100K they would likely want and, perhaps, wouldn’t like having their fortunes read every Board Meeting.
