If this is what we are aiming for I'm happy so long as the natural talent of players is not suppressed.
A team of fearless energy would be great to watch and get the Park bouncing again.

agree abut that, we looked a team playing under too much pressure after Christmas.
Although I would still love one of the players who has left to come out with some comments about why the team collapsed as they did.

As I mentioned yesterday I don't know where the youth will develop as we don't appear to want to upgrade/improve.

The way team building is going (lost stickler now as well) we might need to raid the local school teams for players
