I would pop Danny Webber into this category. An interesting read but he doesn’t understand they we would never have signed him if we weren’t in the shit. Never in a million years was he prem standard lol

Conversely, it always makes me larf when the media bang on about a footballer who happens to have a degree, or have studied something considered nerdy (like Burgess for instance) - like the two are mutually exclusive. There's over 2m university students at any one time. It's not inconceivable that some of them may be very talented at sport.

I'd agree he wasn't premiership class but he played more games there for Sheff Utd than he did for us.
